As a Manager - Talent & Development Partner, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering impactful training sessions, leadership workshops, and capability-building initiatives. Collaborate with stake holders and cross-functional teams to achieve Talent and Development objectives in a fast-paced environment, working with both India and global teams. Accountabilities:

In this dynamic role, you'll advance the delivery of professional skill programs that align with our Talent and Learning Strategy. You'll manage these initiatives, evaluate their impact, and implement continuous improvements. Engage with leaders and talent from various Senior Executive Teams (SET) areas in India, delivering in-house programs and managing external vendors for large-scale learning interventions. Act as a strategic advisor on professional skills development initiatives aligned with business goals. Design, develop, and implement key programs tailored to meet the organization's upskilling needs. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions, continuously evolving techniques based on feedback. Identify, onboard, and manage third-party training vendors for large-scale soft skill programs. Collaborate with internal stake holders and subject matter experts to co-design learning content, resources, and toolkits. Support the implementation of blended learning strategies including e-learning, live sessions, and coaching.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to translate business needs into learning strategies, experience in designing and driving organizational upskilling and reskilling programs
  • 8-10 years of overall experience in Talent & Development, with proven experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person learning sessions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, especially in managing vendor-led programs (scope, quality, timelines, budget).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stake holder management skills.
  • Analytical mentality with experience in measuring training outcomes and impact.
  • Experience implementing global programs and ability to collaborate with global stake holders
  • Evidence of shaping innovative learning solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation
